Nothing would have prepared us for how Covid-19 affected meetings across the globe. With the Las Vegas Furniture Market cancelled for 2020, our mattress client still wanted to connect with their customers to promote the new products already in the pipeline. They trusted our team to help reimagine their annual market presentations for this new virtual landscape – and we are proud to say we accomplished just that.

Having a strong platform to partner with was key in delivering the content. Once the platform was established, Integra went on to produce pre-recorded and live segments hosted by the dynamic Chef G. Garvin, video & product content for all brands which was set in their brand new headquarters and a 3D virtual walking tour of their showrooms providing pricing and descriptions of each mattress.

During the show, attendees participated in many different touchpoints from the live chat feature during the presentations to submitting survey responses which gave them the opportunity to receive prize giveaways for participating in the event.

Overall, the “crowd” felt the energy through their screens and since then, we have heard nothing but positive feedback from attendees and the client, ensuring that virtual programing will become a core element to future events.
